We use accessible easy flowing Asana, with subtle breath support, for exploring our body, our breath and state of mind.
We work gently towards restoring a balance to our systems.
The class ends with restorative meditation/relaxation.
A stronger movement class, that focuses on Asana, dynamic and staying.
Using the power of our breath to move in and out of postures, we challenge ourselves to discover where we are, and grow from there. Modifications are always offered.
This class ends with optional 10 minute Pranayama breath technique practise.
This gentle movement focused class, works on establishing well being, by activating our bodies.
Starting from where we are, we simply have fun with it!
Stretching, strengthening and discovering moving feels good at any age.
We use chairs and other prop's to support our movements and modifications are always offered.
As taught in our lineage, everything happens step by step. If we force change, it will not last.
So it goes with meditation.
We prepare the body, gently. We prepare the breath, gently. And by working with the more subtle tools like visualisation, sense withdrawal and sound, we can have an individually meaningful experience of mediation.
